    Orders & Shipping

    When will I receive my order?
    Orders are usually packed and shipped within 3 – 5 business days. Transit time is measured in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship out the next following week.
      How do I check my order status?
      Log in to your account at Pax8.club
        Why isn’t my tracking number working?
        Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to populate correctly. Often, it just means that your shipment hasn’t been picked up by the courier and logged into their system yet.
          How much does shipping cost?
          All shipping is FREE.
            Do you ship outside of the United States?
            We ship to the US, Canada, and the UK.
              Do you ship to PO Boxes?
              Yes, we can ship to PO boxes.
                Oops! I submitted the wrong address on my order. Can I change it?
                Once an order is submitted, the address can not be changed. The best solution is to email club@pax8.com a request to cancel the order and re-submit the order with the correct address.
                  What if there’s a problem with my shipment (i.e., lost or delivered to the wrong address)?
                  If there’s an issue with your shipment, please contact club@pax8.com immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the email, please include your full name, the order number, and the shipment tracking number.

                    Payment

                    What forms of payment do you accept?
                    We accept Amex, Apple Pay, Dinner Club, Discover, Elo, Google Pay, JCB, MasterCard, Shop Pay, and Visa.
                      When will I be charged?
                      You will be charged when the order is submitted.

                        Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

                        What’s your return or exchange policy?
                        Returns: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
                        Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 
                          How do I return or exchange an item?
                          Returns: To start a return, contact us at club@pax8.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  
                          You can always contact us for any return question at club@pax8.com. 
                          Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 
                            What if I received a damaged/defective/incorrect item?
                            Please inspect your order upon reception and contact club@pax8.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The processing of your claim will be faster if you include an image of the item in your email.
                              How will I be refunded for returned items?
                              We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  
                                How do I cancel an order?
                                If you need to cancel an order, please contact club@pax8.com immediately. If you placed your order more than 3 days prior to contacting Pax8, you will have to wait until the package arrives and then go through our return process.
